Avianca did change their seats for economy - low cost model ones. They have thin backseats and less legroom, soy they’ve made it to put a lot more rows on their flights. It’s really unconfortable and you should avoid them if you can. Right now, Latam is a better option. No more business seats on domestic flights so, no more comfort even if you pay for it. They have removed the on-board entertainment which highly differentiated them from others. No on-board service available.

Seat Maestro has an error in the numbering of seats on Avianca Airplanes. On all Airbus models (A318, A319, A320, A321 and A330) the economy class section begins with row 7. For this reason, in the A320, the seats behind the emergency exit correspond to row 15, not row 11 as shown in the SeatMaster seating chart. Al parecer esta página tiene mal la configuración de los asientos, cuando viaje, nos tocaron los asientos 15K y 15E para mi y mi acompañante, recuerdo que fueron ventana y medio, pero aqui aparecen asignados con la letra F. No vuelo mucho, pero, pero fue bastante cómodo el trayecto. Buenos asientos, buen entretenimiento en las pantallas individuales en los asientes del frente.

O único problema foi o da poltrona, que não reclinava. O airbus possui entrada para carregar o celular e também sistema de entretenimento, mas as opções não eram boas. É um bom lugar para viagens curtas, de no máximo 2 horas.

Una comodidad media. Realmente el avión no tiene en económica alguna silla con más espacio. El espacio entre sillas está bien. El pasillo es estrecho. Este avion no tiene pantallas multimedia; se ve un poco gastada la tapicería.

Buen asiento, no queda en medio de ventanas, mido 1,85 y peso al rededor de 120 kilos y el asiento es comodo y no tuve problemas de espacio

the 12a 9a on your pic , seat is right before the emercency exit so ... it does not recline , very uncomfortable , but leg room is okeydokey.

El asiento es totalmente normal pero si te gustan las fotos de el ala del avión es una excelente ubicación, y tiene muy buena cercanía al baño.

El asiento muy cómodo, el entretenimiento abordó muy malo, no hay pantallas individuales y la película que presentaron, fuera de tono malisima.
