Excellent exit row aisle seat between the CW and WT section of this 747 mid-J config. Plenty of leg-room (approximately 10 feet to the bulkhead in front of you) - the takeoff/landing cabin crew seat is directly in front of you and it faces you the entire flight - see attached picture. The seat is a bit narrow since it is an exit row, with an non-movable arm-rest. The TV swings up from the bottom of the seat, but is manageable. The seat itself is a bit old, and still has the old IFE on BA. All in all, the leg room of this seat beats its quality. Perhaps the best WT seat on this version of the BA 747. Note, if you do not have premium BA status, you must pay to pre-book this seat upwards of $70USD.

As Business class seats go these are some of the worst for the following reasons.
Only one small draw for additional items no handy storage areas.
The foot rest to form the bottom end of the bed is attached to the head of the next pod so when placed up and down by other passenger can wake you up.

To get out you have to step over the legs of the guy sleeping in 20J

The arrangement with the privacy screen means crew are passing items over the person in 19K and someone has to be first to put up the privacy screen

Service from crew was great but the arrangement of this seat for the money paid is shocking American and Air Canada have pods which are far more private, easier to access and have better storage facilities and bigger screens

Nice window seat on this older 747 in WTP. Still has older version of WTP seats and IFE. Map was outdated and barely worked, screen was poor quality on IFE. Sound quality was horrible coming from headphone jack. Leg-room was fantastic and I am 6'4" tall. There is a large space between this seat and the wall/window, so you have plenty of room to store goods. However it is difficult to lean against the wall/window to sleep. I should also note, you will have an excellent view of the wing/engines if you turn around and look out your window from this seat!

The most dreadful Business Class seat in the air! Absolutely no storage space for personal items. Only a very small drawer on the floor which barley fits anything. Terrible video system, screen impossible to view. Extremely dated cabin. Cabin cleaners spend no time cleaning the translucent screens that divide the seats, filthy! If you have to travel on this aircraft don't pay for business class. Very disappointing experience.

A great private seat but no where near as much room as in the first suites on the Dreamliner and A380.Food was very good but the service lacked attention.which I have noticed appears to be the norm in the last 12 months.BA do so many things really well but the lack of service in a frustrating thing....

A great seat because the 'A' seat is missing due to the tail narrowing the aircraft. This gives more room to the left of the seat and means that only one person needs to be disturbed when you need to get out to walk around or use the bathroom

I'm not sure why his seat has mixed reviews, I though it was great. There was at least 5-7 feet of leg room between the seat and the club world seats. First served for food and drinks in economy but maybe a little narrow.

Whilst in the best part of the aircraft (upper deck) the layout of seats in BA's business class is poor compared to competitors. 64K Is a window seat but with no direct access to the aisle a step over of another seated customer is required.

Great seat, very private and extra storage to the side. lighting from the galley can be bit bothersome. Crew chatting also in the galley.
Quality of the entertainment screen is very poor resorted to using my iPad.
