There are 14 A320s in the Spanair fleet which have a total seating capacity of 156-180 passengers and Spanair plans to increase the number of A321s and A320s to 45. The configuration shown here has seating for 180 passengers in a flexible two-class layout.
The first plane was christened “Camilo José Cela” after the Spanish Nobel Prize winner and was presented to the Spanair Chairman, Gonzalo Pascual, on the 29th September 2000.

When i travel in spanair normally i have a good experience, spanish people are very good persons, but last time i flew from Oviedo to Barcelona. The aircraft look good at the autside but at the interior it was not preaty, it was an old plain. When we were in air all the plain sound like it was going to loose all it's parts. It was only an old plane but it gave peolple a bad impreson of spanair. I think old planes like that should be fix or don't used any more by airlines. | |||||||||

Booked by other Star Allinace company but flight was done by Spanair. Nice plane, but cabine crew was only friendly if you spoke Spanish. Compared to other group airlines this one was poor for entertainment, food and information. | |||||||

These planes are not very old but they seem to have 30 years. No music, no tv, broken seats, engine covers in bad conditions and painted in many colours. The service was "standard" | |||||||
