What is the required age for a child to qualify as an Unaccompanied Minor?

Bulgarian Air Charter provides the Unaccompanied Minor Service to children aged between 5 and 12 years. The parent or person accompanying the child to the departure airport must give the name of the person waiting for the child at the destination airport when checking in and wait until the departure of the aircraft.
