Airphones/Global access phones accepting all major credit cards are in the bank of every seat (hospitality) or within arms reach (executive) and are equipped for in-coming and out-going calls. Executive class flyers have adjustable headrests, cushions and footrests, lumbar support and leg rest extensions.

I have flown business in this plane an number of times - in seats 1a,d,f. The seats are good with lots of legroom. However, that is the only good thing about this plane. They do not have hot food or even coffee. Twice, while leaving Calgary in cold weather, the plane was frozen (obviously not built for Canadian winters). As they worked on thawing it out, some regulation says they couldn't close the door. We absolutely froze for half and hour and my feet were still frozen when reaching pPhoenix, 3 hours later. That happened twice, not once. On all trips I took on this plane (4 or 5 total) not once did the entertainment system work. I now fly Westjet exclusively on this route.

The E190 is a smaller aircraft but Air Canada’s seating in Business Class is very adequate. I was in the front row and on my side of the cabin (left), there is only one seat. For the 2 1/2 hour flight, the seat was comfortable with sufficient leg room. Air Canada’s business class service is full service, even on domestic runs, and a meal selection was provided (a chicken dish or a pasta dish). I chose the chicken dish and it was very good.
Service was excellent and I had what I would consider to be one of the best flight attendants that I have had this year.
My hat is off to Air Canada for providing a very good domestic business class product.

amazing amazing aircraft. 2 wide seating, big overhead bins, lots of leg room, seat width was great and the headrest tv also great. perfect window height and view. My wife had 15 d and I had 15 f. My favorite plane to fly due to the above and the planes are new.

Lots of legroom, route map was showing error on my monitor, couldn't check the flight data, but I was able to see it on the screen of seat 14C in front of me. Otherwise, good experience.

Confortable, enough space for my carry on bag. Movies a bit outdated.
Person in front kept changing seat recline.
Nothing complimentary. Long lines for Bathroom therefore did not use.

As usual, excellent service on a breakfast flight of 1 hr 19 min. Hot food services are now available in Executive Class on both the E175 and E190!

The Executive Class is Unique! One seat on the left and Two seats on the right! It's better than small general aviation! That kind of aircraft is boring.
